What we stand for
Kledingbank Maxima works towards a social objective. Volunteers carry out a major share of the organisation's work, and the organisation reports publicly on its activities and finances.

Kledingbank Maxima works through local foundations and a network structure. Volunteers carry out an important share of the daily work.
Use of funds
Available funds are used to achieve the foundation's objective. There is no profit sharing, no bonuses and no other performance-related remuneration.
Remuneration policy
- Board members and other policymakers receive no remuneration for their work and serve in an unpaid capacity.
- Demonstrable and reasonably necessary expenses may be reimbursed after approval and within applicable tax and ANBI rules.
- If attendance fees apply, they remain within applicable law and regulations and are not excessive.
- Volunteers do not normally receive a salary. Any volunteer or expense allowance remains within the permitted tax limits.
