Why we exist

Good clothing does more than keep you warm

Poverty affects daily life in many ways. Clothing that fits well, looks presentable and suits the season supports confidence and participation at school, work and in social activities.

That is why we offer more than clothing. We create a calm, well-kept place where people can choose for themselves. Practical support and a human approach belong together here.

Our principles

How we want to welcome people

Every choice in our shops begins with respect for the visitor.

Dignity

Visitors are treated as customers and have room to choose clothing independently.

Accessibility

We explain clearly how support works and make the route as accessible as possible.

Freedom of choice

Personal taste, size and need guide the choice, not whatever happens to be offered first.

Collaboration

Volunteers, referrers, municipalities, funds and partners make our local approach possible.
