Kledingbank Maxima Westerkwartier is located on Marktplein in Grootegast. Our committed volunteers enthusiastically support residents of Westerkwartier who could temporarily use some extra help. Everyone is welcomed with respect, personal attention and warmth, because sometimes a small gesture can make a big difference.

Westerkwartier is a green and diverse municipality with characteristic villages, expansive farmland and beautiful countryside. Grootegast is at the centre of the region and is a familiar meeting place for local residents. The down-to-earth attitude and commitment for which Westerkwartier is known are also reflected at Kledingbank Maxima. Volunteers, donors and local organisations work together to ensure good clothing reaches people who urgently need it.

Visitors can choose clothing for the whole family in a calm and pleasant way. From baby and children's clothing to clothing for women and men, everything is carefully checked, sorted and clearly presented. A visit to the clothing bank therefore feels like visiting an ordinary clothing store, where you can take your time choosing something that suits you.

Our clothing bank exists thanks to volunteers and the support of businesses, churches, associations and residents from the region. By giving clothing a second life, we support people on a smaller budget and contribute to a more sustainable future. Together, we make a difference every day.
